New Darkglass pedal to complement my harmonic booster

Well, I'd have recommended the HL, but if you like your comp, no sense in falling down that well all over again. Though it's mighty nice with its different voicings.

The Vintage Microtubes line are known for imparting character in as subtle a way as you might like; maybe one of those puppies?

I went Alpha Haunt for my fuzz, but I was very tempted by the darkglass duality. If your into the brand give it a listen.
The duality is pretty good… the blend and level only affecting the fuzz works well, plus it’s got the two fuzzes you can blend between and also roll off the high frequency… just sometimes sucky you can’t adjust the gain as it’s set to full on

Darkglass pedals may all sound good but all are different. Eq-wise the B*K may have redundancy. As with the X's. They have plenty of harmonic content up top. The standard versions of the VMT or AO/Omicron would benefit from the HB. Or dirts that could use extra tone-shaping.
