I think this is a more of a even battle than Batman vs Superman. A God vs a Aline. What are your thoughts. Please don't add the Hulk please.

This again? You do know it's a fairly popular one right?
Well the usual argument is Thor is magic and magic is Superman's weakness therefore, Thor.
It's a fairly sound argument. But of course if Thor loses Mjolnir i don't know... I remember in the 90's Wizard magazine had their editors take on that one and they said Thor but then people complain that Wizard are Marvel fanboys so...
I'd still probably give it to Thor.
And Batman was Superman is not even but the advantage is not on Supes side. The standard rule in comics is Batman beats everyone. With preparation time of course. Which is pretty much the case with everyone Batman ever gets to face. On a purely physical fight, no plans, no gadgets, no nothing, there isn't many that Batman can beat. Most superpowered he can't beat. They might as well say that Batman is superpowered. His brain is the most powerful thing in the DC universe....apparently anyway..
