Hello again guys!
In order to thank you all for useful advices about good EUB stand and just to share my happiness with you I'd like to show you pics of my new EUB I got couple of days ago from local luthier:
Body wood is padouk, fingerboard - tigerwood, tailpiece - lacewood. Bridge is made of maple but it has some imperfections so I asked the luthier to make another one of anegri wood which is little bit softer and will filter harshness of arco sound. Also there is a chamber in the body which gives it a good resonance.
I use custom made for me strings of Russian company called Emusin which our band endorces. Tuning is EADGCF, scale length 34'.
So yeah I know that it's not a DB-simulator but I didn't really need one. I wanted it to have it's own EUB voice and use it to play arco for my solo parts in band.
So I think I can start receive congratulations
With respect
Max, Russia.
