New FrankenJazz done! (Almost)

After many failed projects one finally came to fruition my very own franken bass and if this thing plays as well as it looks i doubt i will ever need another jazz.


Specs-
Body: 70's jazz bass body modified for a 4 bolt on and refinished in a sparkle blue
Neck: Mighty Mite Jazz neck 2909 maple on maple
Controls: V/T V/T stacked knobs (passive)
Pickups: STK-J2N & STK-J2B (After market cream covers)
62' RI Pickguard & Neck Plate

Tuners to be put on are Fender aftermarket reverse paddle tuners. hope to have it playing this weekend

Pretty bass, but it looks to me like your bridge is way off to the left.

Uh, yeah...I hate to say it because it's a sweet rig...but that bridge isn't in the right place.

It just doesn't look like your strings will line up in between the magnets like they're supposed to. The bridge should be centered between those two screw holes and dead in line with the pickups. It's about 1/4" - 3/8" to the left.
 
Yea the bridge has been fixed. the thing with the body is it was once "converted" to a 5 string so there is a huge bridge indention that the BA covered perfectly, but that made it off center but after i posted the pics and got a good look so i moved it a tad and will most likely have to make new adjustments when strings are on.

But im happy with it. :bassist:
