New Head Needed

Just purchased 2 102hf markbass 8ohm cabs. They are 400 watts each so together they will be running at 4 ohms.I have a gallien 700rb thats just not powerful enough to drive them.Anybody any suggestions on some heads i could have a look at.Any ideas would be much appreciated.

You're not "running" 800 watts on the cabs, that's they're handling power.

Doesn't matter one bit, the rating on the cabs is only the thermal limit, or maximum wattage the speakers can handle before burning up. They'll fart out well below that rating. Your rig should sound great just as it is.
It never ends does it? :rollno:

I've played huge gigs with a 700RBII into an 8 Ohm 4x10. Everything from outdoor music festivals to arenas, and the 700 is plenty loud with power to spare.

OP; Have you even tried the G-K with these cabs? If it's not powerful enough for you, trade up to a 1001RB, but don't even worry about the "wattage" rating of the cabs.
