I had forgot about his double-jointedness - he had very large hands in general - really gawky guy - I knew him
the pic where he's sitting outside with second wife, Ingrid (her brother was my drummer during this period), looks like in front of their place on NE 17th Way (or Terrace??) in Fort Lauderdale (could be wrong) - lots of good players lived and hung out on that street - thanks for some more memories
not sure why but I visited his grave on the 25th anniverary of his death - a lifetime of inspiration I guess
where is the studio where you found these?
