Since I listened to it I've been thinking a lot about what he said preserving digital music/gear/programs. Very insightful.

I listened to it, but feel like I missed this part. What was the gist? (Or a timecode if that's easier!)

Gist of it was basically touching on the difficulties ahead for remastering digital stuff in the coming years will likely be more difficult as opposed to remastering analog music as digital gear is constantly evolving and updating and old digital stuff has outdated requirements to needs older programs (example would be something that needs like Protools version 1 or Windows 95 or something like that, I'm not a guru on computers/recording programs)

Just skipped thru the podcast and couldn't find it and now I'm not 100% it was that podcast but I know I've listened to it recently but now I'm not sure where it was.
