Hi Everyone,

Just rekindled my bass playing passion and whatnot. I have been playing off and on for the last three decades, ever since I was in the 8th grade in middle school. Finally dusted off my bass guitar collection, joined a band at church, and just purchased a Fender Rumble Studio 800 in the hopes we do some gigs outside of church, or if I end up joining an alternative/rock band. I stumbled upon this website while researching which amp I wanted to purchase, and which extension cabinet to possibly buy further down the road. I am pretty interested in looking through the older threads, and see what this website has to offer.

Here's a list of my bass gear in the present time: Fender P Bass Special, Ibanez 5 String Acoustic Electric, Yamaha TBR1006J, some old Univox bass I learned on, a Peavey Max 110 20W amp, and now a Fender Rumble Studio 800.

Ten - hut! Welcome to TalkBass, Sgt. Luke. You need to tell the TalkBass Fender Rumble Club about your Rumble Stage 800 combo (not the Studio, which is a 40). Pictures are encouraged, but not required for membership. ;)

You may find a few other clubs of interest in the TalkBass Clubs & Special Interest Groups INDEX, too. Welcome, once again!

Thank you for the welcome! I realized I accidentally put Studio instead of Stage after I posted my initial message, and couldn't figure out how to edit it. I guess it was a Freudian Slip or something. Definetly will look into the Fender Rumble Club.
