New Peavey Dark Matter Powered Speakers

Anyone see or hear these yet? I'm looking at the 12" for new powered monitors, as well as use for smaller gigs as mains. They have some impressive features. Any help before I pull the trigger?

Never heard them but they only have a one year warranty as far as I can tell. I would spend a $100.00 more and get some Yamaha DBR10s they are lighter,get louder and have a 7 year warranty.

did pull the trigger - tried them out and I am very impressed. Sound great and the DSP presets are very good.
They seem to get very loud based on the little I pushed them. I wish the handles on the sides were better,
but all in all I think they will work well. Build quality is very good!
