Double Bass New Realst Bass Pick-Up- anyone using?

I'm considering getting the new Realist clamp-on Bass PU
Have the Underwood-great sound with the Fishman Pro Platinum EQ, but it is 20 years old.
Saw John Patitucci on a YouTube video demonstrating the PU
Looks interesting. $400
Concerned because I have adjusters on my bridge.

Thanks for the reply-& read all other available threads.
Not sure if I'll get one, but am very tempted.
$400-know it's only "green paper", but....
Do want a back-up PU-or replacement.
Hate to be on a gig & the Underwood stops working.
Happened many years back w/the wiring.

If you like your underwood, get another for backup. I think the sound clip is more of a crap shoot as to whether it will work with your bass, amp, etc. Get one on trial if you want to check it out.
