New Rig - My First non Combo!

After much trading, begging, searching and researching I finally came up with this simple yet effective rig. Hope you all enjoy looking at it as much I do playing it!!

Note that the dials have been adjusted by my children...ugh!

Funny how my kids got them almost all to 12 oclock. They can't hurt it when its off.

Actually the whole thing was not that pricey really - at least compared to the folks who go Edens, Ashdown, or other boutique style stuff. They key here for me was first, the SHUTTLE - It was one of the first "heads" I ever played and was instantly in love...blinded maybe?

Second, I wanted ONE 4x10 cab - and it had to be 4 ohms since I was just going with ONE cab. I can't see hauling around more. It was hard to find one and I wanted used, but I ended up with new and it was the only one in Atlanta on the last day of the year. I feel I got a sweet deal at under $600 out the door.

So, all in, its about a $1300 rig. I feel I can play most any normal sized venue and some outdoor stuff with this set up.

Its simple, easy to assemble and has very few knobs to mess with. Lets you style and your groove develop your sound without so much fussing with knobs.

I think I'm in love!
