New speakers for acoustic 8x10

Hi all, I have an acoustic 8x10 that I'm not extremely fond of. I got it for free though so I shouldn't complain. But if I were to buy new speakers for it, how much better could I get the tone from it if I switched them out?

The speakers will change the tone almost completely. So if you put in really nice new speakers, it can sound great.

Or if the new drivers don't match the cabinets internal volume it could just as easily sound terrible.

Honestly if you don't like it, the Acoustic 8x10 is worth so little its not even worth putting new drivers in. Just sell it (making instant profit!) and buy something you do like.

Otherwise it will be a moneypit of boat proportions.

If its not your sound, replacing drivers is never your best option.
