Double Bass New Standard Cleveland Moordian bag question

Has anyone got a Mooradian bag to go with their NS Cleveland?

Does the "one size fits all" 3/4 standard case fit ok?

According to the measurements it looks like it could be snug for the upper bout without going to a large 7/8 bag, but then the rest would be way too big. My guess would be that the 3/4 works, but wondered if anyone knew for sure.

Send Mooradian an email with your bass' measurements. Also the mooradians stretch a bit so if you're short by a few millimeters it shouldn't be a problem. Email Mooradian they'll let you know.

I have a Moordian bag for my Cleveland but I don't remember what size it is... Will at New Standard would know for sure.

Tim, if you end up getting the 3/4 and it doesn't fit I have a 7/8 Mooradian Standard in excellent condition I'd trade you for it. I got the wrong size that's too big for my German gambas and never got around to returning it.

I have a NS Cleveland and I got a Tuff Bag for it from String Emporium.
In my opinion it's better than the Mooradian, and cheaper http://www.stringemporium.com/upright-double-bass-case.htm

It fits really well. Tighter than a regular 3/4 bass but I like that because it will keep the bass from moving inside the case.

Have a Mooradian Deluxe 3/4 (standard 3/4 size), fits perfect with our Cleveland. No extra room but like it that way as the bass does not slide around inside.

I have emailed both NS and Mooradian and it was confirmed that the standard 3/4 will work.
