I currently use D'Addario XL's Nickel on my Ibanez SR506 but thinking about giving the Dunlop Nickel Super Brights a try. My question is due to the lower tension of the Super Brights compared to the XL,s would I have to make any neck adjustments to my current setup.

New Strings, Neck Adjustments ???

If you like your setup today, measure it as it is. Put your new strings on, and play it. If you still like the setup, rock on. If not, go back and see what changed.
I usually end up just doing the setup over again if I use very different strings (flats vs rounds).

I changed from XL165s (45-105) rounds to a set of Fender 9050L flats (45-100) and the neck didn't move at all. Perhaps they have the same overall tension...?
Most of the time when you change strings to a different kind you're going to have to do a setup. Even if the gauges are the same, but different brand. Learn how to do a setup. It's not very hard.
