Hi. FYI total noob here:
Just picked up a new-to-me Aguilar 4x10 cabinet (for $50 - couldn't pass that up even though it is probably extreme overkill).
It took me a bit of searching to figure out which 410 line this came from as the written model number on the input panel has faded away, but I'm 99.9% sure it is an S410 (MDF cabinet, cloth cover, rubber corner surrounds, metal grille - also early 2000's seems age-appropriate given the overall condition).
Anyway - in researching the specs I see these came in 8 and 4 ohm versions - mine reads 6.1-6.2 when measured with a meter.
So - which do you think it is? Should I round up or down here? It doesn't matter much now as its the only cabinet I'm using but if I was to pair it with another should I just actually measure the resistance to figure out what is safe when daisy chaining them?
thanks!
ps I know pics or it didn't happen
