While surfing YouTube today I blundered into a couple of music channels of which I had previously been unaware.
Here is one
THE MUSIC ENHANCEMENT CHANNEL

The scope of this channel covers decades of popular music, and the "enhancements" are not intrusive. They mostly consist of adjusting the mix using modern technology, which in most cases brings the bass forward in the mix. In some cases the channel owner adds his own embellishments which are not part of the original recording but still are "in the spirit of."
The second channel is
STEREOFIDELIC

These appear to be more or less straight remixes, going from mono to stereo, sometimes in the process bringing up the bass. The video list is much shorter than Enhancement Channel's, but there is surprisingly little redundancy between the two. I was stupefied to see how well-represented is the Gordian Knot, a band I discovered when I was working a summer job in Vicksburg, MS in 1968.
