New Toy

I went out today looking to snag the GK backline 600....but got this instead...

Gallien-Krueger Backline 210 Combo

200W (300W with optional extension cabinet), 2 - 10" internal speakers, active 4-band EQ, footswitchable overdrive, adjustable contour, Boost valve effect, effects loop, tuner out, XLR out with ground and pre/post switch. Tilt-back design.

I was using a Ampeg BA-115 which was ok but alot muddier than what I was used to ... :hmm: I love the GK sound, ran a GK800RB for 15 years+

this amp sounds great can't wait to gig with it..

I whole-heartedly agree.

I was playing a Backline 600 with a 210BLX-II, and almost picked up the cab as well. It kicked ass! I had the volume set to two and was probably too loud.

I picked the Backline 600 up. It's a keeper. Full review to come soon.
