I've seen a few threads about acquiring a replacement neck from Warwick and they were kind of dated so, I decided to document my experience with this.
First, from what the other threads said was to look up the distributor and give them a call. They (US Music Corp.)were very friendly and informative. They put me in touch with their RMA guy Eric and he asked me if I had received a quote from a luthier, I said that I hadn't and he asked me to get one to see what was more cost effective for me.
Received a quote and for a little bit more I could just replace the neck I had so I just decided to go with the new one.
Called Eric again and let him know what the quote was and that I would rather just replace it. He emailed me a from to fill out with all my info and the problem that I was having. I filled it out and sent it back.
He told me to remove everything from the neck and ship it to US Music Corp. with a copy of the RMA form and the wait time is 6 to 8 weeks, because it has to go to Warwick for exact matching, and they collect payment when it is complete.
Three weeks later I was going through some paperwork and find the form I was supposed to ship with the neck. Called them up and they were cool with it, they just printed the copy I emailed them.
8 weeks and I get the email that it's done. I called them up, gave them my card info and they shipped it. It should be here tomorrow.
So, it was really easy and a really fair price. I'll update with pictures of the new neck when it comes. Thank you Warwick and US Music Corp for making this a great experience.
