They are easy to install. I totally forgot about making a video! I'll try to do that this weekend...

Is that for real?
Is *what* for real? Sorry, you lost me. Need coffee!
BTW, you may find that the pickups are pretty useful after installing the EMG tone control. I was kinda 'meh' on them until I gained tonal control.

EDIT: and once again I need to read your ENTIRE comment - you don't like the aesthetics of the pickups. My bad.
I dunno what would fit in there - you might be able to custom-order from somewhere (Bartolini?) but that could get expensive really quickly.
No, I was joking about replacing the casings, they only annoyed me because I had to get used to the shape of them!
Dig. Coffee in hand - I get it now!

I'm also suffering, no coffee in the house so I've been in withdrawal since yesterday!![]()
You poor guy, hang in there!
Just one last thing, sorry to be bugging you! I'm gonna buy them from Thomann here in Europe and they have two listed. This Invalid Link Removed, and this one Invalid Link Removed. You mentioned earlier that it was the single pot, but that looks a bit different from the pic on the Sweetwater link.
Not a problem. It's the first link (Invalid Link Removed) you want in this case. You're right, the Sweetwater link does make it look a bit different because they included the two extra knobs you get with the package (to keep the look of the bass consistent).
Like in Awesome John's late "World's Most Expensive Fender Custom"?First thing to go was the battery for the lights. They should have put them in the fretboard![]()

After much consideration, I rewired my RBX5 A2 pickups for series operation over the weekend and am pleased with the result.
Is there any way to wire the pickups in series and still have both volume controls work, or is that setup by definition 'parallel'?
