Longtime lurker, but figured I'd make an account.
I'm a longtime bassist - since I was around 10 - and am currently performing in two separate groups. I had some experience as a guitar player playing live for several years before I went and got my degree in audio production. After that, I ended up getting my job as a sales engineer at Sweetwater Sound (that's what the SW means).
My current gear is a Schecter Stiletto Studio 5 multi scale (currently have a set of Thomastik flatwounds slapped on there to try out) for my jazz fusion project and a Schecter J-4 that is tuned to D Standard/ Drop C for my rock/ pop punk band. For pedals, I've got a pretty stripped down setup, just a Darkglass B7K Ultra (V2) and a Darkglass Hyper Luminal that I just recently got. I'll be adding a chorus and an envelope filter soon.
I'm super excited to learn from you all and be able to help my bass customers out even more.
