I'm familiar with these great Klinghoffer vids, but this isn't what I'm looking for.

DenisC1043 is the user who filmed & produced these new Gary Karr videos, and he mentioned in an earlier thread that Gary was particularly excited to demonstrate the vomit exercise since every video he saw of it on Youtube was incorrect.

Gary emphasizes the bow - it's a shifting exercise for the bow. Most everybody else thinks/teaches that it's at the core a shifting exercise for the left hand - but it's the bow!
