Resolved No Forum Drop Down On Main Page

I have not seen the drop down box on the right hand side to select a forum. Is there a reason I cannot see this or did it get removed? If it got removed, then why? The one at the top of the page sucks and never works until I click on the forums taking me to the next page. On that second page the drop down forum menu on the top of the page does work.
