I love my LB-100. But "close enough is good enough" certainly applied to the shielding and fret leveling.Good call.
Moreover, G&L should carefully consider a business practice that portrays them as a "close enough is good enough" kinda company. I'm guessing they don't see themselves that way...and for good reason.
That said, if my house burned down, my first purchases would be clean socks, a toothbrush, a decent bottle of rye whiskey, and another LB-100.
