I guess I dislike "no problem" most in settings where I am the customer and someone is being paid to assist me. Of course it's no problem for you to help. You are BEING PAID to do it!

Then why did you say "thank you" in the first place? You started it.

I don't like it either. I use "no charge."

I often find myself using "Glad I could help" in those instance where I did help someone and they thanked me.

"Thank you" is the best common courtesy in that situation. "No problem" is not the best response.
