I agree with everyone. No returns unless the bass is damaged or not as described.

I have perfect feedback on reverb and don’t have a return policy. I don’t offer returns because I’ve had buyers try and scam me looking for “partial” refunds. Also because I don’t want expensive basses being shipped only for a buyer to return it because they simply don’t like it after trying it out. If a bass was damaged or not as described I suppose I would accept a return.I have been watching a bass
on Reverb, but the seller has a no return policy. I’ve always said to avoid someone with a no return policy, I have actually returned two basses to guitar center. I have asked questions and looked at all the pictures. Reputable seller. Has others had any issues?
What listing are you referring to exactly? I wonder if it’s my bass I have on there now..I have been watching a bass

I don't offer returns. I'm not Sweetwater. If you don't "like" it flip it, it's not my problem.
If the bass shows up with some issue I didn't disclose, that's another story and buyer protection kicks in.
I have absolutely no problem buying when returns aren't accepted.
Probably got sick of buyers playing their gig, then snapping the truss rod and returning the instrument as defective.I have been watching a bass

You've done your due diligence to avoid dealing with a questionable seller. I've bought literally dozens of items of various kinds from online listings and auctions totalling literally thousands of dollars, and never had to return a single item. Yes, there were some disappointments where I felt my money was not well-spent. In those cases perhaps I wasn't cautious enough. But on the whole, when you carefully vet the seller, your chances of being screwed may not be nil, but in my experience, they are very, very small. My general criterion is that if losing the purchase amount is not going to seriously impact my financial position and adversely affect my way of life, I accept the minute probability of loss and I go for it. I suggest the same approach should work for you and everyone else. However ... the final decision matrix filter is always: if it's something that you're going to lose sleep at night over, then don't.....Has others had any issues?
That sounds like an excellent way to get a Molotov cocktail through your bay window.I have heard of a scam where I buyer buys a high dollar vintage instrument. The when they get it they remove all the vintage stuff and swap it out with cheap crap. Then they claim the seller sold them junk. They return it and now the seller has an instrument with junk parts. The buyer then sells the vintage parts and makes a tidy profit.
