Noisy Oceans 12

My rig has a noise coming from the amp which I have managed to isolate to the Oceans 12.

With nothing playing, the system is dead quiet, when I play there is a soft but noticeable hiss for the duration of the note that decays after a second or two.

Everything through to and including the Oceans 12 is in a loop to the NS-2 Noise Suppressor. I've added an ISP Decimator at the end of the chain but it hasn't helped. Also, the NS-2 threshold is set to maximum, but still the noise comes through.

Could this noise be due to a setting on the Oceans 12, the NS-2 or some other part of the board? The power to the pedals is through an isolated power board.

Any help or advice please?

Not sure what the draw is on the 11 but my guess it’s the high pitched digital squeal generally associated with under powered, high-draw digital pedals.

Isolated or not I’d check that pedals power requirements and make sure it’s getting enough juice.
