Noisy Piezo bridge - just one saddle

Hey guys, from Australia. I just bought a Redeemer Bass that was originally sold to TB member RMS RMS in US , and was then sold to a TB member in Australia - Now I have it, also in Australia.
Ok the rest of the bass is fine in fact really great and sounds just what I want in humbucker mode. It has a piezo bridge mated with the humbucker to an Ausere 4 band EQ. There is a separate volume control for each p/up.
There is a problem with ONE of the piezo bridge saddles (the D string saddle) - it's noisy as in distorting/fuz intermittently sometimes for a minute then it's ok , then breaks up whenever. Sounds to me like the connection is breaking up .
I have sent Scotty 3 maybe 4 messages now and no reply - do any of you luthiers guys know if he is still operating as Redeemer basses ? All I want to know is can I replace just ONE saddle and how to connect the piezo lead. Also if he could supply me with the saddle , as I don't know what brand of bridge it is . Maybe he's on holidays , but I'd like to know that he's still making Basses - he's based in Waco Texas.
Any help would be fantastic and gratefully received.
Thanks from across the large pond . Cheers Gary .:)
