Yes- & perhaps most disturbing for me is the fact that the *dude* w/the weird head seems somewhat familiar. I'd like to know what movie/webcam/ shocking video show that is from- or maybe not...

There's a whole series of those pics with that freaky "thing". I've seen a bunch of them but for the life of me cannot remember where. If I'm remembering correctly (and that's big "if"), they were done by some artist and are not actually a photoshop 4chan or whatever prank. All of the pics that I saw in that series were sort of pseudo-sexual. Weird stuff
Might be 4chan now, but I don't think it originated there- I've never gone there. I'm thinking cheesey 80s semi-horror flick, like Toxic Avenger(not that specifcally, but similar/in the same vein).
