Hit 'contact seller' which forwards to the 'auto suggestion' box, select 'other' and continue, the next window is the 'message' script window? I don't think he would block zero feedbackers, sellers usually allow/request contact?

Yep ; ) I've bought 3 basses from the Bay, tbh each one was spot on in description, I was nicely surprised, I didn't like the 'idea' much at first, still, swings and roundabouts there definitely.

eBay only allows regional access to send sellers a question. I believe Finland and Papua New Guinea are blocked on Wednesdays along with the entire continent of Africa.

Yes you can. I block all overseas & buyers with less than 5 Positive feedback. I don't even want to hear from them.

Ah, thanks for the info. Could come in handy next time I go to sell something on the 'Bay.
