Nowadays ROCK bands suggestions.

Hi! I'm new to the forum, so I might introduce what I mean when I say "rock" (since it's a word used for so many different subgenres of music)

I speak of groups like the classics Led Zeppelin, Cream. The first Black Sabbath stuff. Groups like ZzTop. Groups like AcDc and Motorhead. Certain things of Black Label Society for example. White Stripes. Certain Queens of the Stone Age.
So, to put it down in few terms, that heavily bluesy imbued rock n roll, and not things like Queen, for example (nothing against them at all, but it's a band where you definitely hear another kind of direction and a lot of it I would define it pop)..and not things like indie or grunge or punk.

So, to the question:
What bands would you STRONGLY suggest that are alive and active nowadays, or even better, recently formed, that fall into that description?

It may sound like an old man' desire to some, but it's just a thirst for everything that maintain that bluesy root and kicks strong, with that "character" that is totally rocknroll.

Me I can name a few that I really like, to give you an example of what I mean, and I would love to expand my knowledge thanks to your suggestions!
Definitely:
-DeWolff (dutch band)
-Red Apple (spanish band)
-Steepwater Band (american band)
-the Dawn Brothers (dutch band)

Songs from the bands:

Thanks!

Besides QOTSA there’s all the other stoner/desert rock bands that have been going on for well over 20 years and rooted in all that late 60’s/early 70’s blues-based power trio rock, like Nebula and Fu Manchu. I assume you’ve been listening to Govt.Mule all this time, what about Blackberry Smoke?
I may get some flack for suggesting these guys, but Greta Van Fleet and Rival Sons, perhaps? Check out what’s happening in actual blues these days(what’s left of it, at least)…Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, Samantha Fish, Danielle Nicole. There’s an English band that, while you might find them off-putting at first because of their Queen vibe, but are musically more like Faces, Mott The Hoople or Slade…The Struts. Beyond that, I don’t know; punk early on to me was real rock’n’roll, but is a cliche now like a lot of stuff. That’s why I’ve been enjoying Amyl and the Sniffers, they’re admittedly not doing anything new(which is why I like them)but they probably wouldn’t float your boat. King Gizzard? Temples? Allah-La’s? Foals? May be too psych or prog-ish for you, but check
‘em out.

Also The Raconteurs are cool, especially I think the album Consolers of the Lonely...Rich Kid Blues is awesome)

Do you guys know the band called The Congress?
Listen to New Amsterdam. Awesome song.

The “Eyes Like The Sky” album from King Gizzard is both not at all what you’re looking for, not what the rest of their already varied sound sounds like, but is a pretty enjoyable too short audiobook with music. I think I’ve listened to it seven or eight times now.

Elder is very Sabbathy with mellower vocals. Think I’ve listened to Dead Roots a few dozen times.

Rose Windows is/was a bit closer to Zep.

Black Mountain is… near enough to what you’re looking for that you may enjoy it anyway.

Swedish language band with some really great riff based music- Abramis Brama
