I have been on an old preamp buying kick lately. I was looking for a Yamaha BP-1 and found one on ebay with a missing mid knob. Opening bid was $59. And I bid and won it for $59....maybe a total bust but hope not. Hope it winds up being a great deal and addition to my rack.

That is a solid musical preamp that will last you a lifetime.
I have Demeter, Ampeg, Peavey, SWR pres and Ive always
jonesed for a Yammie. Yamaha probably has your missing
knob in a warehouse somewhere in Buena Park. Give them a call.
I'm on a perpetual old preamp buying kick.:)

It is amazing what some of the old pre's could do. I am using my Alembic mostly now....I wish I had bought this a decade or more ago.
