Just picked this bad boy up today. Sounds great. I’m not a compressor guy, but I do feel like my tone sounds better with it on than off. I won’t try to describe the pedal any better than @bongomania or @scubaduba already have in their reviews, but count me in as a fan of this pedal.

Just picked this bad boy up today. Sounds great. I’m not a compressor guy, but I do feel like my tone sounds better with it on than off. I won’t try to describe the pedal any better than @bongomania or @scubaduba already have in their reviews, but count me in as a fan of this pedal.
I wrote up an NPD for this myself not long ago. Absolutely love it. I'm not a compression guy either. In fact I've always disliked it. But I love the Ego and everything it does. I can't get it to sound bad no matter how I set it. It just always sounds better on than off. Plus it's fun. I have as much fun with it as I have with any other effects pedal. More in fact. Bass players are sleeping hard on this one.
I bought one of these largely on the reviews of @scubaduba and @IronLung1986 and I could not be happier. This is now my favorite pedal I’ve ever owned
