So I ran cross this video of LZ at Earl's Court, Live on Stage in 1975.
Look at this closely, and they all look fit (even Page) and seem to be in great voice and performance on this take of 'Trampled Underfoot', JPJ on a genuine Hohner Clavinet and pedal bass. Plant in good voice, and Page playing to fit when not raging in his solos. But John Bonham is just unbelievable, following them up and down hill, here they were VERY tight, and he wrings this song's neck for almost 9 minutes straight. Interesting fills where he starts one several times inside the ending bars of the verse, and rolls past the line across to the 1 or 2 of the next measure. One of the best live mixes of any I've heard, they were great when this was done, and every time I watch it, Bonham just mesmerizes me. I remember the clear Ludwig Vistalites he's playing here, and as was common back then, a big, deep snare and big (26") kick drum.
