It's clearly for guitar, I don't see why anyone here would buy it for bass.

What do you mean by "bad experience"?
Maybe your experience has something to do with it being a dual-switch acoustic guitar simulator with a preamp for acoustic and electric guitar players. (that is directly from the website)
Just because one person made a youtube video using it doesn't mean it's made for it or even favorable.
What were you trying to use it for exactly? I can't see using bass with an acoustic guitar simulator being a very positive experience at all.
Were you trying to get your bass to sound like an upright bass?
If so there has to be a better way. Or maybe not.

@Nakiku Yes, the product is clearly for acoustic guitar, according to the people who designed and built it, so yes, it's likely that it is clear to "everyone." You are free to spend your money on whatever you like, but don't be surprised if a product clearly designed for something else doesn't give you optimal results.
