I was thinking that my next bass will be some sort of odd bass. What all odd basses is out there that you all know of. DeArmound Ashbory, maybe a headless STeinberg or perhaps a copy. What else odd basses are out there.

    Thanks

    Steve

I don't know about that... I've been wanting to learn to weld for a while now, and this would be a really fun project to do it on. But I hear titanium is not for the beginning welder... I'd probably stick with plain ol' steel.

  11. The only drag about steel is the weight factor.

Its twice as heavy as Titanium..

The Bass will weigh close to 16lbs...

The first one with the four pipes is a Gittler. I believe 3 were made. The second one is, I think, a one off. I doubt the people who posted them actually own them. Don't know about the second bass, but I believe the Gittler has piezos.

  17. This one is made out of the same material used
    for McDonald's Counter Top's.. DuPont™ Corian®

That's the only bass you can play, then when you're finished, you can set your beer and pizza on it.
