Odd size for 5-string P pickup?

I have a passive Schecter Diamond P 5 and the P-style pickup is the same width on both pieces:

When searching for these kinds of pickups, the Fender way seems to be different sizes:

Does this mean that I have no options for a non-custom replacement? It's mounted to the body, not the puckguard, so putting in another size might involve routing (I'd rather not). Maybe I just can't Google the correct term...
