Got notice from Harry at Barefaced that my cab it built and the driver has shipped from the states, so now is the waiting game. Been here twice before and I doesn't get any easier! Pics soon!

Does anyone pair the One Ten with any combination of the BB2 or SM? I know typically it is recommended not to mix drivers, but am curious of any application. I already use the SM for small gigs and rehearsal so I am not sure what only a single One Ten would bring to the party.
I have both and pair them, and I love the tone. Some things work in real life better then in theory.Does anyone pair the One Ten with any combination of the BB2 or SM? I suggest you Contact Alex at BF to discuss your needs.Hey guys. I want to buy one of their cabs. And I have question about passive vs active. Of course when it comes to passive I need amp or poweramp/preamp thing right ? And how about active ? They have their poweramp in the cab ? So just plug preamp to that cab and put imput my bass to preamp or via rack wireless and that's it ? Where I can find more info about preamps and poweramps to this units ? I really think about my new rig (poweramp/preamp/wireless rackmount in case and rest of the effects in pedalboard instead my "just" Ampeg head) and one bigger or two smaller cabs (light ones to carry them on my own). I never find many usefull infos about poweramp.preamp for bass rig. Maby someone could help me to choose ones ? Thanks.

Yes, true. This is my case, I never run this stack close to the level where One10 would start to distort. And I am not good at science, I just play music and only trust my ears thus in my case "theory" means "most popular points of view" but not the documented truth. You could get the "perfect" tone happening in the rehearsal studio with a One10 on a Super Compact,
@alexclaber Here's another idea: Come out with another 10" driver that pairs better with your 12" driver...or vice versa...just saying.

I'm going to have a little bit of a rant here because there's nothing that annoys me more than the TRUTH being written off as "just theory".
It isn't about "real life vs theory" - it's about there being thousands of different variables in real life and your experience will only represent a handful of them.
I love reason/science: it works whether you believe in it or not, LOL.
