One of my dream rigs is a vintage Sunn tube head with a big 215 sunn cab--or what I would love to have in a dream world is a Sunn preamp, biamp it, send it to a sunn 2 channel tube preamp, biamped--the lows go to a sunn 215 and the highs go to a sunn 610L!

although I realize that out of the 4 sunn products in there, 2 don't exist!

in any case I still want a Sunn tube head into a sunn 215!

Might as well join up. I've got the following cabs - 412L, a 2-15 and two 118 VMs and a Coliseum 300 head. I've been semi-restoring the 118 VMs and anxious to hook them both up to the head running 2ohms @ 300 + watts. I'll take whatever number fits.

use bought a 2000 last month!
I used to own one in the '70s with 2 JBL D 140's and a 59 Precision.
and one time also a 200 S Cab with JBL 's.

I normally use a M 2000, but now I use the Sunn 2000 for the blues gigs.
I forgot how heavy & bulky it is. But my blues band loves it.

I 'm thinking about a Model T. Does anyone know which would sound better? a 2000 or Model T?
I use a Marcus Miller 5 or 6 F bass.

Back in '68, I was the proud owner of a brand new Sunn 200S with 2 Sunn 215 cabinets and they just sounded amazing. I still consider the 200S to be one of the three best sounding heads ever made. The only reason I sold it was that I needed more power, in hindsight I should have kept it around for studio use or as a future collectible.

Have been a Sunn freak for a while now.
Currently I have a 350B (not shown in picture) and two 200s amps with 3 2-15 Sunn cabs w/ JBL D140's.
