We are a 5 piece band in the Midwest that usually stays in a 50 mile range and carry our own sound and lights. We usually make $1500 a night as a band. Sometimes less, like $800 or so if we want to break in a new place, or even less if we do a charity event, which we do a few a year. We have made up to $3000 for a corporate gig, and generally charge more for weddings than our average, say $1800-2k depending on travel and what we can negotiate. At our requested fee, we are priced out of all but the best-paying clubs, but that's OK. Average about 25 shows a year.
