Ohm question....

So I have an acoustic bass head that is 200 watts at 4 ohms, when plugged into an 8 ohm 1x15 cab, I can tell its not using all its 200 watts of power.

After doing some research, I think my best solution is another 8 ohm cab.

So, if I hook the 4 ohm head into both cabs parallel , the ohms of both cabs should be 4 ohms right? then my volume should increase drastically right?

You'll then be using you amp's full output at 4 ohms, yes. Hooking up the additional speaker will make you a bunch louder.

Use another cab exactly like what you already have.
