After having Nokia's that always seem to hang, crash, break, go faulty. I got a Samsung. It's the coolest phone I have EVER had! After almost 2 years it's still going strong. I'm never buying a Nokia again!

I use the bottom-end cheapest phone I can get whenever I need to replace a phone. It's gonna get dropped in the toilet, it's gonna get beer spilled on it, it's gonna get dropped on the parking lot when loading gear into a gig, it's gonna get beat up and scratched, it's gonna fail.

Don't get a phone to fill it with valuable data and music and personal information. Cuz when it dies, you will be pissed and screwed. It ain't worth it.

The best advice I can give is if you intend on using the phone to take/upload pictures get one with a flash card. Endlessly messaging photos out of your phone sucks complete butt.

i have a chocolate and its a pretty good phone. Sometimes the touch screen is overly sensitive and might hit some buttons while in my pocket. I just added my first contact as "aaa" and his number being "0" because it would call people and that completely remedied the situation.

i was going to buy one a few days ago but the sales women advised me not to.

I never had that problem, mainly because i keep my chocolate closed when its in my pockets, otherwise i though the touch screen was kinda slow. My old phone was a Samsung SCH-A610 it was cheap and O.K. It was build like a tank, if you don't count the swivel head feature. It was my brother's who as soon as he gets a phone he some how breaks it or drops it and backs out of the garage driving on top of it ect. It just didn't have what i was looking for in a phone.

I don't understand the whole obsession with having a phone/camera/mp3 player/video player/email client/blender/toaster all in one unit. I have a phone to make phone calls. That is all. I have other devices for all that other stuff.
