I've always been partial to 3 people- Les Claypool, P-Nut and Wes Borland. All three have pretty cool stage moves, IMO.

In my opinion, Billy Sheehan is one of those human beings so blessed by Mother Nature that not only has an inhuman ability on the instrument, but also has an incredible stage presence and absolute command over the audience.

id say former Cephalic Carnage bassist jawsh, and maybe the current one Nick Schendzielos, though he has a lot to do with his badass 6 stringer to also do backing vox AND try and look cool at the same time.
also Steve Digiorgio cause like Pete Steele hes massive and it takes some fair cojones to use a double neck in the first place ^ ^ and he totally slays.
