Huh, I love my LMB-3 for bass, but I get a weird clicking noise when I try it on guitar. Do you find you have to use radically different settings for one or the other?

I think the Diamond Bass Comp has an EQ tilt switch that would work for guitar, and of course bass... correct me if I'm wrong.

Until then... there are always used Rane DC24 to buy.

Based on how I've learned to use the DC24, my perfect compressor would feature:

1. Two bands with a tunable crossover
2. Compressor/limiter on the low band
3. Noise gate on the high band
4. Separate output gain for each band
5. Bypass switch for each band

Seymour Duncan DoubleBack. Great for bass but the instructions & set-up suggestions focus primarily on guitar. I have both an OptoStomp and SDDB on my pedalboard...I prefer the SDDB
