Online retailers that provide weight

GC/MF or any of those brands will tell you if you call!

Don't think this is correct- but I haven't actually tried with GC or MF. I could imagine GC might do it on a used bass if you're calling a store and get a sales guy that's nice/bored enough to weigh something. I think MF is just a big warehouse that moves boxes. They aren't going to pull out a bass and weigh it for you. I admit that I don't really know what I'm talking about here though.

You are correct! They only weigh the Private reserve guitars. As for the line production stuff, that is shipped to them with all of the dimensions coming straight from the manufacturer. Most of the time you can even get volume!
