OPB-2 in Jazz; will it fit?

I've got an American Standard Jazz that I'd like to put an OPB-2 into.

I don't want to route or anything so I was wondering if I could fit a 9v + OPB-2 with a stacked treble/bass in the standard control cavity without having to hack into it.

Anyone managed this?

The preamp and battery wont fit inside the cavity... sorry.
An EMG BTC preamp will do the trick.
