We are thinking about having an "Open Mic Night" and musicians jam at my church. This would be more of a community function than a church/religious function. We were talking about how few places there are in our area to play music and even get together and jam etc. We started bouncing around ideas about how to do this and wondered if you guys had any input. The only restriction would be that people would have to keep it clean, you know no gansta rap
. We thought about having, for example say, Blues from 6:00 -7:00, Rock from 7:00-8:00, Bluegrass from 8:00-9:00 or something like that. What do y'all think, would this work or is there a better format? Thanks!
