Opinions/advise for octave tuning string gauge

I am sure many of you have heard of a octave tuning before, for example
A A D G

in my band we tune down to C#standard and drop B and I use circle K strings, gauges 118, 90, 67, 49, and feel it works great.

Recently our guitarist has been experimenting with dropping the low c# down to a f# I am interested to give this tuning a try and wanted to know string gauge you guys would recommend for the lowest string.

Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated. For what its worth, I play spector euro 4lx basses.

The .118 at C# is more-or-less equivalent tension-wise to a .174 at F#, though I might recommend getting the .182 - it's still three wrap and having a few pounds more tension on the lower strings is nice (they have so much mass that they can feel floppier even at the same tension).

Yeah .182, the rough rule is:
For 2 strings an octave apart at equal tension, the gauge ratio is 2:1.
