The only thing that may be difficult is getting to the bridge plate through such a small sound hole to glue the elements in place.

Yeah, the instructions on how to install the K&K into an acoustic guitar looked like brain surgery, I can't imagine doing it on a uke. I installed mine before the top plate was glued in.
Its a cake walk man. All you have to do superglue the elements to the bridge plate under the saddle so that each element is under two strings. then you just drill out an end pin hole and fish the output jack through it.
