Opinons on using 410's and 215's and config to do so....

Im currently using 215's but I feel a lack of "punch" that is usually associated with 10's.
Here's my noobish thoughts......
Making two cabs....
115 and 210's ported in seal back X2
I have the resources to achieve this but..... I was wondering if anyone has every seen or heard of this being done...

I've seen it done. Is it implemented well when done? I've yet to see it. But I don't like mixing driver sizes at all. But there are people who do and they like it fine.

I would buy a crossover and a quality midrange driver for your 215 and try that, as long as you've got baffle space (probable). An Alpha 6MRA from an OEM would be a good bet, or an Alpha 8MRA.

My 215 with midrange is crazy punchy.

It doesn't have to be an electronic crossover. You can mount a passive crossover right in your cab. All you have to do is make sure the impedance works out to whatever you're shooting for.

One of the best amps I ever played was this old, blue (it seemed like it was covered in denim instead of tolex) combo that had two 10" speakers and one 15". I still don't know what brand it was. That thing roared.
