Hi all, sorry for the scrubby question. I just ordered a Fortin Zuul noise gate which has a key input so to use my pedals in the order I prefer I also had to buy a splitter. The guy who sold me the Zuul threw in a Roach splitter he had at a discount so I moved on it. The thing about this pedal is it is 9-24V with three outs, I only have a use for two at the moment.
Basically is there an optimal voltage I should be running this thing at for my needs/will it really matter? For reference my board will look like this.
Bass - Roach - Roach output A - Key input of the Zuul
Roach output B - Darkglass Hyper Luminal - Darkglass B7k - input of Magellan 800 - Zuul in the effects loop
Also I'm unclear if the direct out from my head will account for pedals in the effects loop or not. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
